Best gel manicure to have done
I haven't had a gel manicure done in a while. The last time I had one done they used Shellac. Are there any better ones out now?

Best gel manicure to have done
How long does shellac last ?
I'm going on a two week vacation, trying to figure out if shellac is worth it or to just leave my nails naked.
I'll be in the water a lot.

I had the first gel that came out a couple years back when I went away, it was great for vacation!

It will last.
My issue is after 2 weeks I start getting a lot of grow out on the bottom so I have to take it off.
But it definitely stays chip free for 2 weeks.
It's awesome for vacation.

some brands are better than others. I usually go 2 weeks between, but the last one I had (it wasnt a CND Shellac color) chipped in a few days, and after a week started to peel off.
So im not sure if its my nails, or the salon. I do find there is a difference between brands.
