I need flip tips! UPDATE BELOW!
Baby was head down at my last sono 2.5 weeks ago but when I went yesterday, she had flipped to breech.
I still have a bit to go (I'm about 33w) but due to GD, HBP, and a history of low fluid requiring an induction, I'd like to try to get her to flip back into position as soon as I can. (Yes I know she can always flip back to breech).
I would not do a version and am trying to avoid needing a CS.
Any tips? TIA!

Acupuncture with moxibustion. Andrea at LI holistics is amazing. No personal experience with flipping but I know she's successful at it

agree with PP. moxibustion is annoying but if it works, it's worth it!

My baby was head down all the way up to 31 weeks! Then at 32 weeks I had a growth sono and she was breech! They did a repeat sono at 36 weeks and she flipped back to head down and I didn't do anything! You def have time for the baby to flip back!

I'm in the same spot. Seeing midwife tomorrow... She has some exercise tips like downward dog.

You have so much time I wouldn't even bother trying.
My first daughter was breech they scheduled me for a c-section and a few nights before she turned...my stomach looked like the excorcist but she did it lol.
This baby flips so many times back and forth (34/35 weeks) that one minute hiccups are down in my crotch and the next their under my boob. I'm 36 weeks now and their consistently down so I'm thinking she's finally comfy. I would definitely wait.

I'll tell you what worked for me around 35 weeks. I got headphones and played classical music "down yonder" (put the headphones right near my hairline) and played it for a while. That night, he moved around like a nut. When I went back to the dr for a sono a few days later, he was head down and he stayed here until delivery.

Re: I need flip tips!
33 weeks is still really early. I'd just leave it be and see if she flips again. If she flipped recently, she obviously still has the room to flip.

You can google a bunch of yoga positions. I went to a chiropractor from 32 weeks on for the Webster technique. It's supposed to help baby get into the right position. But unfortunately nothing worked and I had a scheduled section at 39 week. My fluid was on the lower side too which made it harder for DS to flip. I really hate to be a downer, but I am sending you good vibes too! Hope it works out!

Ok: she said downward dog 20 mins times 3 times a day. She said to swim at bottom of a pool. She also said to play music or have someone talk near my bottom (just like pp said).
I have enough fluid, so she is hopeful baby will flip. If not, they will try a version (this is baby #3 for me).

The thing that makes me nervous is that I will go early and I waited to get her to flip. The tech said there's plenty of room right now so hopefully she'll turn and stay that way! I'm going to try music and, at the recommendation of the sono tech, a bag of frozen veggies near her head!

I don't think Hailey flipped until 35/36w. I didn't do anything special. Music is definitely a good idea tho. Good luck!!!

Re: I need flip tips!
Def see a chiropractor. My chiro specialized in pregnancy and did a technique called Webster that helps turn the baby. It doesn't hurt at all. It's super gentle. It's safer than having the version in the hospital by an ob. My sister did this too during her pregnancy and the baby turned. Good luck
