Hip pains
This is my second pregnancy and I'm 23w3d. I feel like I'm disabled by this pregnancy. My hip joints and flexors are killing me. Walking short distances ruins me for the rest of the day. I took my 2 year old DD to the park earlier and now I'm completely laid up because my left hip joint is killing me. I never had anything like this during my 1st pregnancy. I'm pretty fit and I haven't gained an excessive amount of wait so I don't know why this is happening but it's starting to take its toll on me. Has anyone had this/any tips?

Hip pains
Same thing with this pregnancy. I've been in near constant pain since about 25ish weeks. Hips, pelvic bone, back, and butt. I'm 36ish weeks now and there are times I can barely walk.

Re: Hip pains
I am right there with you (23w3d) and having tons more aches and pains this time around. I have some symptoms I didn't have with #1 (horrible nausea, vericose veins), but don't have others (carpal tunnel). I chalk it up to being older and being already tired from having DS running around...
We have a ways to go...hopefully it subsides for you. I took Tylenol once for the pain but it didn't help.

Re: Hip pains
I could have written this post myself...I am in so much pain this time around and it is so much earlier than my 1st preg.! I feel like I am a hundred years old and can't move! Someone told me last week to get plenty of electrolytes and keep my potassium and magnesium up. Its has helped a little bit but I completely understand.. !!

Re: Hip pains
Yes. I had this. It's terrible. I couldn't even lift my leg to put my pants on. I saw my chiropractor and it made a world of difference. She adjusted me and gave me stretches to do at home. She specializes in seeing pregnant women so she had a special table.

Can I ask for her information?
