anyone experience hip pains while sleeping?

I am usually a tummy sleeper and I am really having some pains on my hips from sleeping on either side. Now I'm pretty small so I doubt it's my weight...at 25 weeks I'm at 130 lbs. Lastnight I was practically in tears bc I would fall asleep on one side and when I would wake up I would be in so much pain until I tossed to the other hip and then the same thing happened.

DH thinks I should get a body pillow, but would that even help? And to top it off, this LO loves to kick all night long so on top of the hip pain I'm getting kicked in the bladder too.....

The same thing was happening to me. Get a bodt pillow or a pregnancy pillow. It really helps w hip pain. I have the snoogle and the preggle, but I like the preggle better. U can get them at BRU or BBB.

YES, I have had hip pain for about 9 weeks now.

I caved and bought the Snoogle and it has offered some relief, but not much. I was finally able to get a decent night's sleep last night after not sleeping well for about a week.

I've had hip pain since about 25 weeks. Ugh...

It helps if I sleep with a pillow between my legs-but its hard, because I always go back and forth from left side to right all night..so the pillow ends up on the floor

My horrendous hip pain just started 3 days ago and I'm 37 weeks. It was so bad I was sitting up in bed crying last night and I ended up sleeping on the couch where I was somehow able to maneuver into a position that worked better for me.

I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again. I don't know if I can take 3 more weeks of this sort of hip pain (it's only on my right) so I may call the nurse today and just ask what in the world to do.

In the meantime, I'm going to the gym this morning to walk walk walk (the hip pain is only intense when I'm laying on my sides, thankfully).

Thanks ladies....I think I should go get the preggie pillow asap bc I'm torturing myself, I'm willing to try anything.

I have had terrible hip pain from early on. Honestly, nothing has really helped me at all I bought a huge snoogle body pillow and it really didnt help.

The Preggo pillow has definitely helped with the hip pain. It was well worth the investment.
