Baptism Menu- is this enough food?

I'm having roughly 100 people in my backyard and I'm trying to keep costs down. I always overdo it with parties and I want to try and not do that this time, but I'm so nervous that this isn't enough to feed everyone. Please let me know what you think:

Apps:
Cream cheese/salsa dip
spinach dip in bread bowl
BBQ and Buffalo Wings
Antipasto platter
Guac and Chips
Crudite
Popcorn (served in indiv. boxes)
Mini Hot Pretzels

Lunch:

3 tray panini (10 panini per tray cut in quarters)
1 tray cocktail wraps (about 50 pieces)
12 lbs chicken fingers (Or 2 full trays of popcorn chicken)
3 half trays Macaroni and Cheese
Lg Pot of Chili (cheese, onions, crackers on side)
Lg Pot Baked Potato Soup (cheese, chives, bacon bits on side)
Lg Caesar Salad
Lg Greek Salad
Lg Southwest Salad with black/bean corn salsa
Half trays of chopped grilled chicken, grilled steak and roasted baby shrimp to add on top of salads
10 lbs of Potato Salad
Tomato Salad

Dessert:

Cake
Rice Krispie Treats
cookies
Choc covered pretzels
Choc covered oreos
Choc covered marshmallows
Candy/Caramel Apples

I think you have great apps, but probably don't need popcorn and the pretzels.

As for your lunch, I think you have too many salads. I would take off 1 or 2 of your salads and maybe do either the chili or the soup and instead of both do a tray of baked ziti or sausage and peppers? Other then that I think it all sounds great.

I think it sounds great! I love the soup/salad/sandwich theme. I'm just wondering how you're serving the soup?!

I was planning on serving the soup and chili out of crockpots and having a backup pot on low on the stove for restocking.

I might forgo the SW salad.

I'm hesitant to add sausage and peppers or baked ziti because I'm trying to minimize the amount of work I have to do during the day. I want to try and enjoy this party as much as possible and not be a waitress the whole time.
