Ooohh this is me. I'm 10 weeks and the nausea really is bad. I'm fine when I'm eating but if I'm really hungry or just finished eating I get soo nauseous. It's a beyotch. I found that sucking on hard candies helps and doesn't have too many calories

Re: nausea
Ginger ale really helps. I can't find any ginger candies in the store and stupid Amazon still hasn't delivered them. But I hear they really work, too. Chewing gum or hard candies help a little bit, but only so much. I'm actually trying those motion sickness bands now. They seem to take the edge off, but again, only so much. I've been like this for a month already. I've eaten so many bagels that I may turn into a bagel.

Re: nausea
When I wasn't vomiting I was eating something every 20min. I always kept pretzels, crackers, gum etc on me and even by eating 1 piece it would make the nausea go away for a little. I took Zofran but it JUST took the edge off, never went completely away and I was still nauseous. Also, I would get a coffee in the morning and just sip that throughout the day. For some reason it settled my stomach so I had one almost everyday for the 1st tri. And i HATE coffee but it really helped
