Is this given by the OB or do we have to go to a general practitioner for this?

My OB does not. I was planning on getting it from work, but they don't have the preservative free one. I'll check out CVS instead.

My OB doesn't give them. I called around to like every dr I've ever seen looking for the thermisol (spelling?) free one.
I finally found an allergist that carries it and said she would give it to me.

My understanding is that the shots at CVS are single shots, so no preservatives.
But the shots at the doctor's office comes from a vial (multi dose) so there are preservatives.
That is what the person at CVS explained to me.
Due to this, I'll probably get my shot at CVS. Wonder if they do toddlers...
