With DS my earliest symptom was sore nipples. I remember it being very unusual for me.
With this pregnancy, the only real symptom I had during the 2WW (besides cramping that felt exactly like AF) was that I was very gassy and bloated.
Honestly all my symptoms felt exactly like PMS or pre-AF symptoms. I completely thought we missed it this month.

My earliest symptoms were sore breasts and gassiness.
That said, if anything I have learned during my TTC journeys, is you need patience in order to get through this.
Hey, maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and get pg quickly. I hope so.
Having gone through two chemical pregnancies, one devastating 8 week loss this past May, so many disappointments, so many BFN's, BFP's that disappear, two week waits, waiting for bloodwork, sonograms…. you must have patience. My experience on these boards have taught me that this is not too uncommon unfortunately. But it was all worth it for my DC.
Sorry if my response is overboard. I'm on my fourth unsuccessful cycle post-miscarriage, and my own patience is being tested right now. It's not easy.

Nothing except a positive pregnancy test. I had not a single symptom until about 6 weeks.
At 6 weeks I started to get breast tenderness, morning sickness, and fatigue. At 9 weeks, those three are still going strong with some pulling and stretching that feels like light cramps.

Boobs sore. That usually comes with AF too but this was different, much more sore.

Crazy amount of discharge, and super irritable. I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and I am finally feeling like it is subsiding and I am chilling out a little, but boy would I flip at the drop of a hat.

Heartburn after a cup of coffee, which is totally uncommon for me outside of pregnancy. Also had a wave of nausea out of nowhere that day. Suspected something was up, tested that night and got a faint positive.
eta- Also had a headache that wouldn't go away and felt achy all over.

Large Aerolas (sp?) and very sensitive nipples. I usually get soar on the side of my boobs to me that means AF is coming.

With my first I literally got symptoms like the day after implantation. My boobs got so sore out of nowhere I could barely put a bra on. I had a weird eye twitch. I got diarrhea. I was exhausted, falling asleep on the subway every day, and I felt lightheaded/dizzy often.
I'm not exaggerating, I started feeling these symptoms about 5 days before I tested, and I tested at 11dpo (and got a clear positive).
This time, I ovulated 8 days ago. Just in the last 24 hours, if I'm not a crazy person (and I kinda am) I've been feeling super rundown, a bit lightheaded/dizzy, and my nipples are a bit sore. But nothing as noticeable as last time, for sure.

1st pregnancy, I knew 1 week after I had IUI! I was nauseous and got winded very easily.
2nd pregnancy, also IUI, totally thought I was getting my period. Was cramping on 13dpo and really thought I was going to wake up to AF. But at 17dpo when AF didn't show I tested and got my BFP!
Signs are completely different for each pregnancy and for each person.

I'm pretty sure I felt implantation cramping and a couple days later had diarrhea. The following 2 days I was exhausssssttedddd and drinking wine didn't sit well with me. Had a positive test after that, I was 10 or 11 dpo

Cramping on and off and headaches (exactly how I feel when I'm getting my period) but also a little nauseous with food and a strong sense of smell.

8dp3dt I was tired so I took a 3 hour nap. I never nap! Tested the next day and had my BFP. I was also on a boatload of progesterone which could make you tired so who knows.
