First RE apt
I have my first RE apt soon. I need to request some information from my obgyn. Did you guys bring only relevant info such as most recent songs and blood work or everything in your gyn history? I'm so nervous for this apt. They were super nice when I called and explained the first visit to me. Unfortunately the consultation I'm going alone as it's mid day and DH can't get off . They explained it would just be an exam and getting scripts but I'm just so nervous i bust into tears every time I think about my apt. I just want the appointment to be productive rather than sifting through info that may not be helpful to the RE Sorry for the rant I'm just so overwhelmed and thank you to everyone who has given me guidance in this process! So helpful!

First RE apt
I didn't bring anything. I definitely didn't request anything from my gyno. I only told her I saw an RE after the fact.
I just came prepared to discuss my TTC history.

Re: First RE apt
When I went they asked for recent Gyno appt info and breast exam. I brought that along with day 3 blood work that I had done in Jan, along with DH's sperm analysis and my HSG results.
We're not the norm. Most don't have all this info before seeing an RE, but we wanted to put off seeing an RE as long as possible and had ourselves checked months in advanced.
I had all reports sent to me so I could fax it all together and also have a copy of everything I sent when I went for my consult to avoid the "we don't have that" comment.
For our first exam (in Sept) we sat with the doctor and discussed our test results that were sent over and our history. From there I had an exam (sono) and then sat with the nurse to get our blood work scripts. Since most was already done we just needed the genetic testing and other levels that were not on the blood work the gyno requested. Then we went over our game plan.
Take a deep breath. You'll be fine and feel better about the entire process once it gets started.
