My daughter loves her kitchen as well and the mega blocks legos. SHe is also obsessed with baby dolls and her play crib and highchair set.

My son loves his pretend lawnmower. He also loves his radio flyer tricycle. He loves books - especially the sticker books or the ones that have musical/sound buttons on the side. He loves music so any play instruments like his piano or guitar he loves.

My 2yr old DS LOVE the "Animal Planet Mega Bag" of animals/dinosaurs. He also love Thomas the Train Wooden Rainway pieces, mega blocks, Velcro fruits/veggies (I like "small world" brand), plastic golf set, fisher price race track/cars, Step2 Kitchen, cars/trucks/construction vehicles and books.

Thanks for all the great ideas, everyone! Looking to get a few bigger items- kitchen, playhouse to keep inside, not out, tool bench and water table for summer outside. Any specific ones you recommend?

-lego duplos
-kitchen set - def. go kidkraft and they have nice non girly ones, like dark and stainless steel.
-train/train set
-water table step 2 i think has good ones

Imaginext play sets. We have the bat cave and the firehouse and ds plays with them every day.
