Beginner Zumba Classes
Is there such a thing? I feel like each time I decide to go, I end up at a class where everyone is a professional, and I'm struggling to keep up. My friend is interested in joining a weekly class with me, but we're looking for one geared toward beginners.
Any recommendations on LI (preferably suffolk)

What part of Suffolk?
I don't think you'll find a true 'beginners' class, you just have to keep in mind that all those 'pros' were once beginners like you. You just have to keep at it.

Beginner Zumba Classes
Zumba gold is a slower class but mostly geared towards those who want a lower cardio intensity. If you find a class with a teacher that cues well it won't seem as hard. Just try different instructors till you find someone you like and after a few classes you will get it. My husband teachers and we have taken many classes. If you let me know where you are looking for classes I can give you some suggestions.

Re: Beginner Zumba Classes
Try doing one of those weekly classes at a library or down thing. If you start with the class from the beginning maybe that will help!
