Bakery recommendations
I'm having a surprise 40th for DH in February and I want to get a cool NY Rangers shaped cake made but every bakery I've tried so far is insanely expensive. Any queens/western Nassau bakery recommendations that'll do a cool cake for not a ton of money? Thanks!

Might be too far east but the Cake Gallery in North Bellmore is amazing.

Lady J cakes. Jaenne is amazing, cakes taste so good and she's so sweet to work with.

Try checking your local Facebook Moms Groups. I'm in western Suffolk and there are a bunch of local moms/bakers in my group who are reasonable and do awesome work.

Honeybee Cakes in Whitestone. I think I paid $200 for my husbands 30th bday cake - 2 tier - fondant w/ décor.
