OLAS
if you have put your resume on OLAS, do you just make a general cover letter or do you make an individual one to every district. I haven't signed up yet so Im not really sure how the site worked.

I have both. They ask for a general one for your profile and then when you apply to a district it allows you to upload a job specific cover letter.

You're better off writing individual cover letters for each job to show your sincere interest in that particular position...
