std contract language
Is this std contract language for a seller : the listing duration extends automatically for 1 month with each price reduction?
just curious if others have had this? Im not sure I like that

std contract language
I do not have that in my list agreement. Mine is for 6 months and I can cancel at any time but if I do I cannot list with another agent for 6 months. So basically its an out if I want to pull the listing off the market.

This is not standard and I would not sign a contract like that. Standard is six months.
