What year did you get married and how much per person?
130 PP. Friday night, 170 people. Paid cash outright to save taxes. (I didn't, Parents did.) :) We had tons of extras. Extended cocktail hour, seafood boat, Viennese- Chilean seabass and real filet mignon on the menu. It was top notch. The year-2009. Got married in late April.

2002 at the Meadow Club in Port Jeff.
We had a Sunday night wedding and i think their best package with the largest room. I think we paid $90/person.

$90/head at the vineyards out East in 2006. That included upcharges for sushi and BBQ pit stations @ the cocktail hour, sorbet intermezzo, a chocolate fountain at dessert, and personalized wine bottle favors. Saturday afternoon wedding in August.

2009 - 65pp ++ - Friday night min. was 100 people . I will say I booked the hall with less than a year to go I think it was only 6 months out.

2006, we paid around 100.00 per plate. This was for a Saturday afternoon, with other weddings going on. For Sat night they wanted 180, we couldn't commit to paying that.
We already tell the kids we are not paying for weddings, they should come up with a more practical plan. It's insane how expensive it is now.
