Black Tie Wedding
Is this OK for a black tie wedding? I don't want to wear a long gown because I am only 5' and I feel short in them. I wore it in Vegas and felt awesome in it but that's why I'm questioning whether something could be both Vegas and formal country club appropriate

For me it would depend on how short it is. My guess is since you are 5' (me too) it isn't short on you.

For me, I would only wear it if it does not fall too short and if the blue is dark/navy rather than a bright flashy blue.
