Pregnancy Sciatica??

So I'm guessing that that is what I have...I try not to google a lot and freak myself out.

It mostly happens on my couch, if I'm laying or sitting down and stand up, I have pain in my lower back on the right side that goes down the upper part of my right leg

Is that sciatica? What can help it? Its tolerable, I just have to walk like an old lady for a few minutes and then its better, but is there anything I should be doing?

I see a chiropractor 2x a week and my sciatica has lessened, but he says that as long as it's a short lived thing, not much you can do about it. If it's a constant almost intolerable thing, it's more of a concern. It's most likely just the way the baby is sitting if it's a short lived pain.

I saw my chiropractor 1-2 times a week during my pregnancy. She also showed me some stretches to do at home that helped so much. Try to see a Chiro who specializes in pregnancy. My chiro has special tables and cushions for the belly.

I had that last pregnancy. It lasted about a month. I literally had a constant pain in my butt! Very annoying. Only laying down helped.

Try going on all fours, it usually gets rid of the pressure on the tailbone. Sometimes that can help. Feel Better!

I have the same thing and it is so painful
I am praying it goes away after baby arrives!!
