monthly orange theory memberships?

I am thinking of quitting my gym, but wanted to know if anyone does orange theory - how much are pay as you go monthly memberships?

I am thinking specifically of the one in East northport.

Used to go to that one before we moved to Florida. I believe 4 times a month was $59 and 8 times a month was $99.

try a free class first, I did not care for it. The trainers are not their to help you complete the exercises and they don't correct your form.

I cant say I found it to be a great workout. I also fell if I am taking a class that has a trainer I like more instruction.

I LOVE it. I go to the one in Carle Place. I pay $109 for 8 classes a month, which equals a little less than $14 for each hour long class with a trainer. I believe unlimited at $170/$180. You have to purchase the heart rate monitor which is another $70ish.

I find the trainers to be very helpful, they're always there to help correct your form to make sure you're getting the most out of the workout. I love being able to watch my results as I'm working out and seeing how many calories I'm burning, my heart rate, etc. I've only been going for a month but already see results.

I did a free class then bought a 10 class package (to use over 3 months) since that's not my only work out.

I like that the work out is laid out for me and that you can make it as difficult/intense as you want it to be. The trainers will help you with form if you need it.

I have the premium which is unlimited classes per month and I pay 139 a month
