I bought an Elchim on Overstock. My old one burned out and wanted the same dryer. Overstock was the cheapest. When it came, it wasn't packaged in box the way I would expect. I looked at it and it has scratches on it. I called and they said it is not refurbished. I am hoping it is ok for what I spent. Would you return it or am I making too big a deal about it?

I would return it. I would want a brand new item, with no scratches.

I looked it up - that brand is pricy. I probably wouldn't give a shit if it was a $25 Conair like the one I use lol...but for that price, hell yeah I would want a new item without scratches.
