Replacing windows
I'm looking to replace the windows in my house. I just had a quote from Renewal by Anderson. Has anyone had any experience with them? Im also going to get some other quotes. What companies have you been happy with? Thanks!

Replacing windows
I used them, good and quick, took 2 days from like 8-4. I have 3 floors and replaced all 15 windows when we moved in. I paid I think like 12k for everything including install. Only issue I had was they didn't remove all the garbage I had to call and speak to the office but they came back within an hour. Overall, no complaints and my windows are nice and thick and install is well done.

Replacing windows
royal windows and doors is great- we had a bay window and two other windows replaced and they did a fantastic job

We had gotten quotes from Anderson Renewal that were crazy high. We recently went through Lowes to replace 2 windows-no complaints

Replacing windows
We got a ridiculously high quote for Anderson Renewal. Then I researched consumer reports and discovered that I would basically be paying for the name that there are other windows just as good or better than Anderson.

The quote I got also from Renewal by Anderson was also very high. My windows now are Anderson so figured start with them. I really have no idea how much windows run so Im definitely going to give some other companies a call too!

Just be cautious of the brand that you are getting. We had replaced all the windows in our house using Active Doors and Windows about 5 years ago and the windows all started developing a film inside. The company we used is out of business and the window manufacturer went out of business and we are out luck.

Same here and the sales guy was VERY pushy. I got just as good windows with a local contractor for a much better price
