Inspecting crawl space under house
Has anyone with a crawl under their house had the beams/foundation inspected? We're looking to sell our home and wanted to have it checked out. Other than the buyers engineer is there someone who might do this type of inspection? Thanks!!

We had this done when we were selling our house.
We had an engineer come in and do a report for us.

You can hire a home inspector to do it before you list the house. But unless you suspect a problem, I don't know that it's worth it. You may be better off just waiting to see if the buyer's inspector yields anything of concern and dealing with it then.
However, if you know the crawl space flooded during a storm, and you never really dealt with it, it might be worth getting the assessment ahead of time.
