LIRR, seaford, Wantgh, Bellmore riders come
How hard is it in the AM is it to find either a free spot or one using a permit at these locations.
My train time would be around 7:25-7:40

Wantagh is easier than Bellmore. Not sure about Seaford.

With the construction at Wantagh station the spots full up quick. I always take the 6:56 to ensure I get a spot. Anything later and you may not get a spot and if you do it'll most likely be close to Oakland Street.

really, right now I take Hicksville station and the 7:33 train, if I time it right I get a spot, but we have more parking here than there I think

My husband leaves the house at 6:30am so he can get a spot. Any later he says there aren't any. I think Seaford has a larger lot.

Re: LIRR, seaford, Wantgh, Bellmore riders come
My husband always gets a spot and goes in anytime between 7:20-9am from bellmore. Now that you need the permit in the lots it's much easier to find a spot. If you don't have a permit I'd suggest parking on Wilson Ave it's four blocks from the station and part of the block doesn't have a time limit restriction for parking. (Go to centre ave and make a left onto wilson Ave and about 3-4 houses in you can park with no issues).

Bellmore definitely has spots for those train times. I used to commute in from there and DH still does. He's never not gotten a spot.

When I commuted to NYC I lived equidistant between Wantagh and Seaford so I could go to either. I felt Seaford had a lot more spots vs. Wantagh.

I must be looking in the wrong lots because I cannot find a spot and I take an 8:13 train. I have a permit.

I used to get a spot for that train. It was far away, practically in Wantagh, but there was a spot. A long, long, time ago though...
