Sales Tax on Kitchen Remodel
Hi. Does anyone know if a contractor is supposed to add sales tax for the cabinets, countertop, labor, etc. for a kitchen remodel? I thought if it was a capital improvement, there was no sales tax, but I'm not sure.

I believe that materials are taxable, labor is not.
