Can anyone give me specifics on how they make their Antipasto, TIA

I make a cabbage antipasto salad, so i shred cabbage and toss it in evoo and anchovies that have been ground up like anchovy paste. I plate a bunch of different cheeses (usually mozz balls, provolone slices, etc.) and meats (usually prosciutto, salamis) and olives (usually a big variety) and cut up vegetables (my family likes bells peppers and cucumbers) and serve it with that. Its kind of a make your own antipasto salad.
