Affordable birthday part locations?
DD is turning 6 in April. I'm assuming we'll be inviting the whole class, so that's 19 kids including DD. Any suggestions for Western Suffolk??

Monster mini golf was very affordable plus if you do a weekday, it's even more inexpensive

Affordable birthday part locations?
We just had my daughters at Chuck E. Cheese in West Islip and it was below $400 for 36 kids... They had a blast!

I don't have specific recommendations for a theater near you, but by me (Bellmore), the movie theater birthday parties are very popular because they are very affordable and you can accommodate large groups.

How about a gymnastics place? We did Julie's Gym in Patchogue and it was pretty affordable.

Yes that's what I thought too. Can you share how you got that deal- is there a coupon or Groupon or something? My DS wants his party there.
OP- check out Elwood movie theatre, or the Vanderbilt planetarium.

Far and away the cheapest place.
You pay for the rental of the theater which includes movie, popcorn, soda.
It's one price and you can fill the theater.
I know many families with two or more kids with birthdays very close together who booked Elwood movie theater for a combined party and loved it. We've done it and were able to invite both classes plus our friend's kids and all adults.

Someone just told me that Home Depot does birthday parties super cheap. I don't know what's involved but I just thought I would mention it.

$17 a kid is not expensive though. $170 for 10 kids. Most parties I see are almost $400 for 10 kids, so $40 a kid.
Ohh I see..her party was less than $17 per kid.
FYI, you can have a party at CEC without booking one of their parties. You might not get a long table, but you can bring in a cake, get the kids tokens with coupons, and order the pizza with coupons. Your chances of getting a long table are better during the week vs. a weekend.
