What are your thoughts on the following?
Day 1: quick service meal for lunch at hotel, dinner at Chef Mickeys
Day 2: lunch at BOG, dinner quick service
Day 3: breakfast at Hollywood and Vine, lunch quick service, dinner at Akershus
Also, I know I can make reservations 180 days in advance-do I need to make them at a specific time?

Are you at the park the 1st day? I'm just thinking, if you go back to the hotel for lunch/nap, do you also want to leave the park for dinner? You can make online reservations at 6am and by phone 7am 180 days before.

Re: Disney dining
I'm not sure what your plan is for day 3, but those are both longish meals...they are going to cut into your park time a lot. I would make sure to get a prepark open for H&V and a lateish at Akershus so you can get as much park time in as possible that day.

Re: Disney dining
My recommendation is to not do 2 sit down meals in a day, we've done it and I'll never do it again. You lose too much time in the parks and it's SO much food. I felt like we were constantly eating. The day where you have the sit down breakfast and sit down dinner you'll want to skip lunch and just snack, we never had 3 full meals on days like that.

Thanks everyone!
The plan was to do as early as possible for H and V, and only really hit one or two shows and maybe a few characters-no rides in HS.
Then relax at the hotel for a bit before heading to Epcot for some characters, the nemo thing, the frozen ride and dinner

Re: Disney dining
I personally did not like Akershus at all so I would skip that and do one of the other Epcot restaurants or just do counter service again. There's so much good food in the World Showcase.

Re: Disney dining
Just FYI you will need a park hopper to do Holly wood and Vine and Akershus they are in 2 different parks. I have done 2 sit downs in one day especially if you go early and have a later dinner . I also feel like if they are character dinning you kill 2 birds with one stone. you arent standing on lines to wait for characters and you are still getting a meal. And the buffet dinners are pretty quick anyway you don't have to wait and be served.
