Exhaustion
I'm so sorry it's the worst. I used to describe it as painfully tired to my hubby. The only advice I can give is to listen you your body. Rest as much as you can. It will pass eventually! Hang in there!!!!

Re: Exhaustion
It gets better.
Then it gets worse again.
Then you have the baby. And it gets even worse...especially with 2 kids!
Hang in there!

Exhaustion
It gets a little better honestly have a coffee or can of soda... won't do any harm! Sometimes you need the boost! I drank a cup every day twins are 3 months and totally fine! You do what you need to do! Lol

Exhaustion
I have my regular cup of coffee in the morning (like a 12 oz)... every single day. Otherwise I would definitely have withdrawal symptoms because I am definitely addicted to caffeine. I am beyond exhausted as well and when I am home on weekends, I actually nap when my 16 month old naps... and it's like a deep sleep. During work days though around 3:00 I am just shot.

Re: Exhaustion
I napped at work. We have a couch in our lunch room and I shamelessly snoozed there for 1/2 hour on my lunch break. It did wonders. Otherwise, I agree- have a soda or coffee, just don't overdo it.

Re: Exhaustion
Between insomnia, being older this time around and just the general first trimester exhaustion, I could barely function by the end of the day. If you're tired at work, try taking a walk and/or getting fresh air. Rest as much as you can. I'm still tired at times because I have trouble sleeping, but got my energy back by 14 or 15 weeks.

Exhaustion
Ugh it does get better I guess. I always am exhausted the 1st trimester then have really bad insomnia the last 2. I never sleep enough. 28 weeks now and I average about 4hrs of sleep. I actually sleep more with a newborn.
