anyone have their Longchamp bag repaired
the bag has an inherent issue with the Connors fraying and becoming holes.
I called Longchamp in NJ, they will repair it once for free but depending on the size of the holes the bad may decrease in size
DOES anyone have experience having their Longchamp repaired?? how did you bad look after? was it a good job, did the bag get smaller

Mine is currently being repaired and should be back in the next week or so. I'll post a pic when I get it back.

what was the cost to mail it to them?

I had mine repair from the store in Macy's 34th street . It look great. I drop it and they mail it back to me as I'm a from OOT
Edit to add that they didn't charge me for shipping it back

That Macys I believe is a retailer for Longchamp so they send to the NJ shop, thank you for posting

I'm in another state, but I took mine to Nordstrom and they sent it off for me at no cost to me.

Does Bloomingdales/Macy's need a receipt from their store for repairs? I bought mine in Paris at Longchamp. I wish I could go back there!
Both of my bags have small holes in the corners.

Both of my bags have small holes in the corners.
Bloomingdales on LI (Roosvelt field) requires a receipt, but they do not send it to Longchamps repair center, they send it to their own.
I would prefer Longchamp repair it, no receipt needed BUT you must contact them, they send you a form to fill out.
