Fall soup recipes
Anyone have any fallish soup recipes that they love? Bonus if they are instant pot friendly (though I convert everything to the instant pot now). Thanks!

Leftover Turkey, white bean and fennel soup
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 cups finely chopped onion
3/4 cup finely chopped celery with leaves
3/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 of a fennel bulb, chopped fine
1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
2 teaspoons fresh chopped sage
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large bay leaf
2 – 15 ounce cans white beans Cannellini, Navy, White or Great Northern, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 -2 cups chopped cooked turkey
4 cups broth – turkey or chicken preferably homemade or 2 cups + 2 water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add onion, celery, carrot and fennel, and herbs. Cook slowly until vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Add the drained beans and turkey, then broth. Bring to a simmer for 10-15 minutes, then enjoy hot.

We went pumpkin picking and they had pumpkin gorgonzola soup that was amazing...I can't swear by a recipe, but I did google it and it seems simple (pumpkin, evaporated milk, gorgonzola, a few spices)...it is a yearly favorite for us!

butternut squash and bacon soup I haven't tried this one but man I wish I had before boring not to buy bacon anymore. Looks awesome.
The key to butternut squash soup for me is some kind of mix in for texture, otherwise I get bored. Bacon and any tangy cheese sounds awesome but I've also done chorizo or crispy roasted chickpeas.
