Spotting one week after FET
Good morning ladies-
Today is 7dp3dt (FET) and I woke up to pink/red spotting and cramping. Taking endometrin and estrace. Called my nurse and she said to start PIO and continue with other meds. Come in on Friday for hormone levels.
Needless to say, I’m very discouraged. Nurse said it’s unusual to get a period through the progesterone, and this could be several scenarios.
Does anyone have any experience? Should I assume the worst?

It could be something and it could be nothing... I know that is so not helpful but there's no way to really know this early.
Spotting itself would not worry me much. All the progesterone suppositories can irritate the cervix and cause spotting. If it got heavier or steadier, that would be more concerning.
It could also be spotting from implantation.
Have you tested yet with a home pregnancy test? You could test tomorrow with an early results test and you should be able to get a faint line at 11dpo so you would know if you are pregnant or not.
Since they added extra progesterone with the PIO, not much else you can really do.

Cramping could be from implantation... spotting could be from an irritated cervix from suppositories... I know seeing anything down there is terribly discouraging, and of course nobody can predict how this will work out, but it could be totally fine.  Hang in there.

Thanks for your responses. I really appreciate them :). I did take a test and it’s negative. I’ve taken PIO again this morning, but I am starting to bleed and it’s red. Tomorrow we will find out for sure what’s happened with my hormones and most likely beta will be zero.

It is all so stressful. It could be nothing or it could be something. I've never had implantation bleeding but many ladies have. Some ladies spot while pregnant. I hope you get some good news.

Spotting one week after FET
Just a quick update- I had blood drawn this morning. Beta is negative. And progesterone low but still in ok range. I need to go for my regularly scheduled beta on Monday to know for sure that this cycle failed.

Thank you! I wish I never had the beta done on Friday. Technically i wasn’t there for that. I was there for progesterone levels and they ran the beta. When the nurse called, she was obviously uncomfortable with the conversation because she had to tell me beta was negative but it was still early and I needed to continue on meds until Monday.
