How many calories?
How many calories do you aim for each day? I try to count but am so hungry by 3pm.

How many calories?
What’s your protein consumption like? I aim for a min of 115g daily and I weigh 125 Pounds.
I’m very active. I was eating 2200 with IIFYM from May-September and i lost 3-4 pounds. I am now eating intuitively and have approximately 2400-2500 and I’m maintaining. If I notice any big changes, I track for a week or so to hold myself accountable again.

You probably aren't eating enough fat. Fat is what fills you. Fat is actually not the enemy, it's sugar and carbs that make you gain weight. Try upping your good fats to see if you feel fuller for longer

The more carbs I eat, more hungrier I get before my next meal. Good fats keep you feel satiated.

This. Sugar and insulin spikes make you hungry more often.

Have you calculated your TDEE? You shouldn't go more than 1000 less than your TDEE (to lose 2 pounds a week) with a minimum of 1200.
My TDEE is 2500 so I eat ~1500 to lose around 2 pounds a week.
