In weather this cold, do you leave the faucet dripping all day or just overnight? I've had it dripping since it got into the teens last night.

None of my pipes are exposed to enough cold to be an issue. Even in these frigid temps, the basement is well above freezing.

If your house is well insulated and you leave the heat on, you don't need to leave your faucet dripping.

Never have done this.
Even my garage is above freezing in this weather.
(I know because I keep water bottles in there and they haven't frozen yet)

It's the pipes on the exterior wall I think could be a concern. I can feel the cold air on my feet near the kitchen sink. It's probably fine, but dripping seems like an easy precaution.

Yes, we leave the faucet and shower dripping in our upstairs master bath. We’ve had those pipes freeze before because they’re on exterior walls. We had the bathroom completely gutted and well insulated but it didn’t help. So we let them drip just to be safe.

Yes. We Keep the kitchen sink on slow drip. We forgot the other night and I had to open the cabinet under sink and run heater towards it for about an hour to get the water going. Luckily nothing burst. As long as it’ this cold, it’s a constant slow drip.
Kitchen sink is on outside wall and the first floor of this house doesn’t seem to be Insulated or is crap. First floor from 1950. 2nd floor is from a dormer put about 1990 ish. So everything fine up there.

When we redo the kitchen, we will be Insulating the shit out of it along with adding heat in there too.
