Comsewogue District
Hi Everyone,
I was hoping to see any reviews on Comsewogue? Good ? Bad? Love it, hate it? We are considering moving to this district from sachem. I wanted to know about the before and after care, Norwood elementary and Boyle. My son is currently in kindergarten. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have!!!!!

My friend lives there and loves it. You can't ask for a better superintendent of schools. Joe Rella! He is awesome. For the phone calls for snow days and stuff, he talks to the parents like a real person, not some suit behind a desk. Just very real and involved. Knows his staff and students. Don't know particulars on schools but I know she is very happy there.

Great to hear this!! Thank you so much! The before and after care will be slightly different (he will be bused from one school to the other) so I’m just hoping for an easy adjustment for him.......fingers crossed!

This is our district also, and I'm happy here. Dr. Rella is great! Many of the kids go to Kid's Clubhouse (used to be called Boys and Girls Club), for aftercare and are bused by the district there. It's off Jayne, and it's like $130 for the month or something really inexpensive. That is another option for you.
Good luck finding a house though, the good ones all seem to sell pretty fast here!

Thank you, I’ll definitely look into that after care option as well!
Yes Houses are selling fast....We found the house and are hoping to be in contract next week!
