Disney Visa bonus $200 :-)
Hi guys!
I post on here a lot-- so this isn't a scam add or anything  Just trying to help out fellow Disney lovers!!
IF anybody is planning a Disney trip soon, I have a referral from my disney visa where you will get a $200 credit once you spend $500 on the card ( easy to do with just groceries and gas and all of that!!) AND you earn 1% in "disney dollars" on purchases to help you save for your trip AND you get a discount at a lot of Disney restaurants and stores while you're down there when you use your card there Theres no annual fee on the card either
I signed up for it last year, got the bonus $200, and then pretty much only use the card at Disney for the restaurant discount Its a great way to get an extra $200 for your trip

I have this card- you also earn points based upon your spending which turn into dollars you transfer to a disney redemption card. The card can be used towards your disney vacation- we have $500 going to our trip next month. You also have 6 months 0% financing on a disney trip you book with the card.

How does this card work? If i book my trip (hotel and airfare) today for a trip that is only 5 months out - am I supposed to pay for it on this credit card?
Im not understanding if the point is to earn reward points on card and THEN book a trip after you’ve accumulated points?

For purchases on the card, whatever they are, you earn 1%, basically $1 for every $100. If the trip is booked on the card through the Walt Disney Travel Company, your travel agent or online at Disney sites, you get 0% APR for 6 months for the trip charge. I have had the card for years so I saved up my points for the purpose of our trip. You transfer the points to a Disney redemption card, which you could use for purchases while you are in Disney. I don't think you can book the trip, earn points and then pay the cc with the redemption card. Their customer service is very knowledgeable, so you could always call them with your questions. HTH

you earn 1% rewards on ALL purchases. SO when i have a Disney trip booked, i start using this card more on my everyday purchases. i earn the 1%, then i cash out the rewards to use as just spending money while i'm in Disney, or toward the rest of what i owe on my trip. (you only need a $200 deposit to book a disney trip, so when i get closer to my trip, i use the rewards i earned to pay down the rest of the trip).
and if you get the card and use it to book a Disney trip, you can an extra 6 months interest free on the trip cost. so that can nice, too ( although i try not to book trips where i need the extra 6 months to pay for them)
