DH and I are planning our 15th anniversary trip to Maine. Looking for restaurants and activity recommendations in Bar Harbor/Acadia area. Thanks!

Re: Acadia/Bar Harbor
We haven’t been there in years, but when we went, we spent most of our time hiking. The views are beautiful. If you don’t like hiking, you can at least drive up to to the top of Cadillac Mountain and take in the view. You can walk the carriage trails and go to Jordan Pond House for lunch. We also usually spent one morning going sea kayaking. The downtown area is cute to walk around. Definitely go somewhere for Maine lobster. There are plenty of restaurants downtown, but I don’t remember any that stood out over the others. Enjoy your trip!

Kaying Tour: We went on a star gazing tour, it was awesome!
In the area: Timber Tina's Great Maine Lumberjack Show. So hick and so fun!
