Cooking Ostrich?

I picked up some ostrich at the local supermarket that they had on special. This supermarket (Lidl, like Aldi) has specials and I snap up things which can be hard to find.

I’ve had Ostrich before and I loved it. Thing is I’ve never cooked it. It’s in a marinade, so no need for a recipe. I just want to know the technique. Is it one of those meats that has to be MR?

I've never cooked ostrich steak either but I've had it at a restaurant. The chef recommended cooking it rare to medium rare.
I'd probably cook it on the grill or in a grill pan with high heat and not too long.
