How long to get an appraisal?
After they come to look at the house how long does it usually take to get something back?

I think ours took a week or 2... not long at all

How long to get an appraisal?
We just went through the process a couple of weeks ago. It only took about 5 days from the appraisal till we had the report in hand.

About a week.

It really depends on how quickly the appraiser generates his/her report. Then it has to get reviewed by the appraisal company and then sent to the bank.
Average is about a week. I usually tell my buyers to wait about a week and then touch base with their lender if they haven't heard.
