IT Cosmetics - Celebration Powder Foundation
Has anyone used it? It gets great reviews and apparently is pretty close to full coverage, with like a 30 second quick buffing application. Just wondering on colors. Trying to decide if I'm fair or light.

I have a few years ago.
It was ok. I am not a fan of powder though...my skin is too dry for it. If you have oilier skin it might be better.
I found for me it worked better over a regular liquid foundation...kind of like a setting powder but with more coverage.
I would say the coverage was decent but not totally full coverage.
Foundation is just soooo personal though. You really have to just try it yourself to see how it works on your own skin.
Get it at Ulta...then you can return it if you don't like it or get the wrong shade
