After sleep sack
My son has been in a sleep sack pretty much since birth. He is almost 2 so I feel he should be getting out of it soon plus he really fights it sometimes at night. Just not sure what size or kind of blanket to get. What did you do aftersleep sack??

After sleep sack
I did a light blanket with long sleeve pajamas when mine started standing up. At first just used like a light Carters receiving blanket to get him used to using a blanket. Now at almost 2 he has a slightly heavier blanket and he understands putting on and taking it off.

My kids were both in full sized beds with comforters and pillows at 18 months. You should be fine.

At 2 you can really use any blanket—we usually did just a flat sheet when sleeping though bc my kids get so bizarrely sweaty at night.

my kids loved the sleep sack so we did halo walker sleeps sacks. They have holes for their feet.

After sleep sack
Around 2 we transitioned the crib into a toddler bed, so we used a pillow and a toddler sized comforter set.

Re: After sleep sack
DD was still in a crib since she never climbed out but she had a comforter and pillow starting at 2. She actually had a light blanket (like muslin) at about 18 months. But like PP said we never used sleep sacks- she always just slept in PJs.

DD is almost 3 and still wears one lol... she loves it- She wears the toddler one that has feet on it. I tried a reg. blanket but she doesn't like to be covered in one

After sleep sack
For my first we did a sleepsack until 2.5. Then she went to a toddler bed with a twin blanket that stayed tucked under the mattress to stay in place. My second also did sleepsack until 2.5 and then went to a twin bed with regular bedding.

Re: After sleep sack
At 2 I think you’re fine with any kind of blanket and pillow you want to give.
I never used a sleep sack. Always gave a light muslin blanket until they were able to get up and move around on their own. Then I gave them heavier blankets in the winter.
