Right now a 1990s/early 2000s hideous orangey wood color. Like oak I guess they call it? Think the decor color in King of Queens.
They are maple wood but the stain is just like a golden oak?
Soon to be...white.
Can't wait

We redid our kitchen six years ago
We got cherry wood cabinets
I thought about white but all the rest of our furniture is dark and the floors were also a cherry stain so I kept it the same

We have cherry wood, but I really wanted off-white/antique white. But, I was overruled. Lol. Now, I can live vicariously through Phyllis's kitchen. Lmao!!

So everyone that is posting as "off white" to be honest looks just white to me.
Maybe it's the pictures?
I'm going to look next week and I wonder if I want true white or off white now....

Like a beige washed wood. They’re ugly. I can’t figure out how to post a pic or I would share with you their ugliness.
We looked at a house recently that had navy blue cabinets and they were insanely gorgeous.
If I were to redo a kitchen I’d probably go with bright white.

There are so many versions of white.
The color I chose can look almost beige/yellow up against colors that are too bright or too cool. In person, you can tell they are a warm white
See the difference up against white printer paper

White cabinets, butcher block counter, and light green walls. Dishwasher has a cabinet cover to match the rest of the cabinets.

The tile on my backsplash took me months to find. I was looking for gray. Every time I brought home gray tile, my cabinets looked yellow! I was like WTF?!??!
Then on a whim, I took a couple samples of the glass tile we used. It’s actually beige. But under the cabinets on the wall, totally gray!
Made me completely understand what they meant when people said wait until absolutely last to pick a backsplash. You need the cabinets up, counters in and lighting completely done before you know what it’ll look like.

Mine are very off white- like almost a beige cast. They look nice but they did such a sh!t job with this kitchen.
ETA: This is the kitchen from when we purchased 3 years ago. I can't wait to re-do it, but that's going to be a few years down the line. We want to knock walls down and really renovate the whole first floor as it has a kind of odd layout.

This is what we have too. The previous owners re-did the kitchen probably in the late 90's early 00's. But can't afford to re-do the kitchen so it will stay until we move lol.
