Kids Cooking Party

My daughter is turing 7 in December and would like a cooking party. If you've had one/been to one - can you let me know where and your general thoughts on it? We are in Nassau and would prefer to keep it in Nassau or very western Suffolk.

TIA!

Some place in Hicksville has a cute one where the kids made pizza and a pizza cookie- kitchen creations? Kitchen celebrations?

My DS did this for camp. FYI it’s not allergy friendly so one of his camps had to cancel the trip so know your kids that are invited if allergies are an issue.

Celebrations in the Kitchen is in Hicksville and it is VERY allergy-friendly. They are nut-free and will work with you on other allergies.

The only issue with it is that it's not super big. If it's a drop off party, it's definitely ok. Otherwise, I'd just limit the number of extra adults you invite. I've been there for a few parties and they've all been great. The younger kids need an adult's help in the kitchen but older children are ok alone.

Re: Kids Cooking Party

We went to a party at Celebrations in the Kitchen and it was great! I looked into it but it was very $$$$.

How about California Pizza Kitchen? It's not a "cooking party" but the kids get to make their own pizzas and get to tour the kitchen.
I watched a youtube video of someone's birthday party there and it looked great. (I think the child was 7 or 8 years old in the video). I also heard it doesn't break the bank.
