Putting a hold on a UPS delivery
I ordered something coming UPS and it is coming later than I thought and I will be away. I went on their website and signed up to be able to put a hold on the delivery but it is asking me for a credit card and info. I don't know why as the shipping was free. Is there anything I could do so this isn't sitting on my porch while away?

Can you ask a neighbor to pick it up, or change the delivery address to your office?

You can usually change the delivery to hold at a UPS location for no fee. Or have a neighbor pick it up or put in your backyard for you.

I ended up doing a return with the company. They will have it sent back to them.
