Laparoscopy - Doc Recommendation
Hello -
My wife and I have experienced four consecutive losses over the last 3 years TTC. 2 miscarriages, stillborn at 23 weeks, and most recently, en ectopic pregnancy.
It is been a long hard road. My wife is looking into Laparoscopy to see if silent endometriosis is going on before we do any more FET.
I was hoping for some doctor recommendations that I can give to her. I know Dr. Vidali and Dr. Pilliterri are popular.
We live out on eastern Long Island.
Thanks in advance!

While I don’t have a recommendation, from one isles fan to another, thinking of you, and sending hope your way. Does anyone else have a recommendation? I know RMA in New Jersey is very successful.

Re: Laparoscopy - Doc Recommendation
Dr Pilliterri would probably just defer you to Dr Vitali who technically took over Dr Bravermans practice. I do think your wife needs to do extensive blood testing first. Or has she? Blood disorders? Clotting factors? Immune issues.
You can also call Dr Kofinas. He is in Garden City. He can do all the testing that Dr Vitali can do. If you’re at the point that she needs a Lap; most doctors can do them. But I do know Vitali specializes in Endo.

Laparoscopy - Doc Recommendation
Dr Wagner in East Northport did my myomectomy lapro. He did a great job and I was pregnant through IVF 7 months later (had to wait 6 months to heal). I decided to stick with him as my OB and he also delivered the baby via c-section. Great doctor.

Laparoscopy - Doc Recommendation
I had a lap to remove silent endo with Dr. Pilliterri. I decided to go that route after several losses. He found and removed stage 3 endo. I believe removing it helped me. PM me if you have any questions.
