Oldnavy.com returns
I know some items are "MAIL ONLY" returns and on items that aren't mail only, they stress Old Navy items need to go back to Old Navy stores ... but can you MAIL stuff back that doesn't say MAIL ONLY??
I'm in no mood to return one item to the store when I'm already sending three others by mail.
