I have a great recipe that you make with Bisquick. Really easy. If you want it let me know. I am eating a piece as we speak. How funny is that?? I make mine like zucchini bread

Mary in ths summer I do grow my own. I just buy them now. Do you want the recipe for the bread I make it is rally simple.

! cup bisquick
1/2 cup olive oil
4 eggs
salt
pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
I use 3 zucchini cut up but you can add more or less depending on prefernce
I also add shredded swiss cheese but not required
Bake at 350 degrees till done. I usually bake about 40 minutes but use your judgement. I wait till it is golden brown on top.
