Can someone help me to understand...
Well AF showed up again 
My DH's dr explained to us that it can take about 9 months for the sperm count to go up. He said it may work, it may not.
NOW - if it is still low by early next year, I am assuming we cannot do IUI because of the low count. Is our only other option IVF?

I hate AF. I'm not sure if your DH had surgery or not for a varicocele but definitely give it time. I heard improvement can be seen as little as 3 months to as much as over a year after surgery. I'm so sorry and I hope you will get your BFP next month!

Sorry about AF - but I would say yes, you would probably need IVF since an IUI does not improve the sperm count or quality at all. With an IVF you can do ICSI, which is directly inseminate the egg with the sperm -- even with low morphology, motility, and count this procedure is successful.

you can also try accupuncture for your Dh and fertility vitamins not sure how much it can help but it can't hurt.

I just want to say I'm sorry that you are experiencing all this trouble. AF is the worst, I hate her! I just wanted to lend my thoughts and prayers to you what ever might come.

Thank you everyone
I have been taking a B Complex vitamin with 400mcg folic acid...is there anything my DH can take? Hmm..acupuncture....I'll have to talk to him about it!
