Re: SUPERBOWL FINGER FOODS

I like to make baked clam dip (recipe was posted on here a while ago), spinach dip, mini hot dogs in crescent rolls (pigs in a blanket) and mini pita pizzas. I also make chilli and leave it in the crockpot so it stays warm. I leave out sour cream, cheese, & nachos.

not a finger food, but it's really yummy! i got rave reviews after making it.

buffalo chicken dip

3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican Cheese
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Boil chicken and shred. Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole dish and bake in oven until cheese starts bubbling (approximately 25-30 minutes) at 350-375 degrees. Serve with crackers.
