Pasta Salad Recipe

I am looking for a pasta salad recipee for our BBQ next weekend.

I am going to make shishcabobs and fajitas (beef and chicken) and I wanted to try to find a pasta salad to go along with it. Maybe something with a southwest flare to it.

I was just looking at a recipe b/c I was going to make it last night.

Rotini pasta cooked and rinsed until cool
brocolli (cooked)
shredded carrots
zucchini (cooked)
red peppers
scallion
I'm sure you can add other vegetables.

Italian dressing. I'd add romano cheese, too.

I use:
Rotini Pasta (different colors)
Mozzerella
Tomatos
Italian Dressing
Supreme Salad Dressing

I use:

Rotini Pasta
Mozzerella
Pepper Jack Cheese
Pepporoni
and Buttermilk Ranch dressing (we used to use BJ's ranch - but they have it anymore )

Mine isn't really southwestern. I use:

Rotini pasta
Smoked Mozzarella
Cut up proscuitto and/or salami
Small diced onion (red or yellow)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

DH doesn't like vinegar and neither of us like mayo.

To make it southwestern, maybe use shredded or cubed Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced grilled Green and Red Peppers, and grilled red onions. You could stick some tortilla strips/chips out the sides of the bowl.

Mine isn't Southwestern either but it is sooo good and soooo easy.

Rotini
red pepper
red onion
sun dried tomatoes
feta cheese
ceasar salad dressing (oil-based)

I just dump some good seasons italian dressing in with some rotini noodles, mozzerella cheese, blk & green olives and anything else that is around like tomatoes or broccoli...
