Small Dinner Party
We're having friends over for dinner Friday. This is the menu so far:
bruschetta mozzarella and tomatoe (basil, oil, etc.)
pasta with homeade sauce salad string beans with shallots
fruit pound cake with mascarpone cream
and of course wine!
Does that sound okay? Is it too italian (DH is Italian and loves this food). Enough appetziers?
Its only a total of 6 people (including me and DH)
Thanks!

Re: Small Dinner Party
I might make a meat as well - maybe meatballs or chicken parm?
No meal can be too Italian

Re: Small Dinner Party
I agree, possibly meat of some kind like sausages or meatballs, but other than that, sounds great!

Re: Small Dinner Party
I made meat sauce so I have the meat from that - pork ribs, lamb, steak - good enough?
