i took my 1st spinning class this morning.
wow- what a workout! i was so sweaty!
i'll definately try this again!

one of the other women in the class told us that she usually wears extra thick maxi pads to help cushion that area!

They also sell gel seat covers that go over the bike seat and cushion it. Much better than maxi pads!

Strange, but I bought one like 7 years ago when I first started spinning in college. Then I stopped and started up again this past year. But I didn't need my gel seat. Maybe I got tougher over the years? Chat Icon
